Thoughts of returning to France for months on end and just living: watching the sunset, walking through fields, spending money on material things that I know will make a friend happy to receive, is what most of my efforts are geared towards. So here I am, making cheese in the evenings after my day job as an in-house designer, tending to freelance design contracts, renovating homes, running a vacation rental (dohmhome.com), selling at Farmer’s markets, distributing to retail, overseeing a pattern maker and thinking about "what next" before I fall asleep at night. Yes, having a clear schedule sounds great in my dreams, however, my natural drive to invent, create, discuss and admire has blessed me with my current endeavors.
